Outstanding Teen Program

Former Titleholders

                                In 2005, the Miss America Organization added the Miss America Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program.   The
                                Miss Hoosier Heartland Organization (MHH) wanted to have a Miss Hoosier Heartland Teen representative
                                for the 2005 Miss Indiana Outstanding Teen pageant.  The committee and board of directors decided to hold
                                an open audition for ladies ages 13-17 and who lived in the nine counties that the MHH program represented.  
                                In 2006, the Miss Hoosier Heartland Outstanding Teen program became an open pageant.  Miss Hoosier
                                Heartland's Outstanding Teen 2006, Leanna Ross won the title of Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen.  Then in
                                2007 the MHHOT program added the Miss Hoosier Valley Outstanding Teen pageant to the program.
